Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience required
Experience leading quality teams and initiatives in larger single-site or multi-site operations with diverse product/process/customer requirements.
Deep knowledge of QMS standards and audit practices (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 as applicable).
Proficiency with quality tools and methods: CAPA, A3/8D problem solving, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA (gage R&R;), PPAP/FAI, and MRB processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications
Strong analytical and data skills; experience with KPI dashboards and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab or equivalent).
Demonstrated leadership across multiple value streams and complex improvement portfolios, solid project management skills.
Familiarity with ERP/MES and standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365).
Ability to travel periodically to support multi-site initiatives, supplier/customer engagement, and audits.
