Openly communicates with Leads and Supervisors
Promotes and practices safety and awareness of tools and equipment in work environment
At least 3 years of framing experience
Strong math and measurement skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently while meeting deadlines
Previous construction experience
Knowledge of proper usage of tools and equipment in the construction industry (router, framing guns, drills and cordless tools)
Willing to learn
Positive attitude
Flexible on job responsibilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
