Minimum of two years' experience as a production lead with strong knowledge of assigned production processes, GMPs, lean principles, Kaizen, and 5S.
Steel-toed footwear is required.
Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and safety awareness, including compliance with safety policies, punctual attendance, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to lead and support production teams through clear communication, coaching, monitoring performance, enforcing policies, and maintaining continuous production.
