The Small Engines Parts Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. They will also stock, sell and order various small engine parts.
Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
Proficiency working with computer systems to enter jobs, file warranty information and assist with finding parts
Utilize computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders
Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
Assist customers by loading and unloading products
Able to pass a background check
Prior Retail experience preferred

Ability to use or learn to use control/display screens, process pumps and equipment, and various hand tools.
Availability to work rotating shifts including overtime hours and weekends as scheduled.
Ability to use full-face respirator, self-contained breathing apparatus, and various other forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Willingness to climb and the ability to perform elevated work utilizing portable ladders and fall protection equipment within the current ANSI duty rating of 375 lbs.
Basic knowledge of and ability to use information technology systems and applications.
HS Diploma or GED with at least that level in reading comprehension, writing, and math.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner.
Personal focus on safety, teamwork, and adaptability.
Able to work in a self-directed, diverse team environment to achieve production goals.
