Meet time-in-role requirements as defined in the Promotions Policy (U.S.)
Maintain an acceptable level of performance including but not limited to absence of corrective action and/or resolution of previous corrective action.
Successfully pass any special screening processes required for the position of interest, including but not limited to background investigations, drug screens, and skills assessments.
A transferred employee may be subject to additional background screening as required by the position.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engine manuals, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of parts during inspection activities.
Close vision, depth perception, and attention to detail required for inspection activities.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in production areas.
NAS 410 visual acuity certification
