High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday.
Ability to handle and inspect small components requiring fine motor skills and visual accuracy.
Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform visual inspections requiring close attention to detail.
