7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business insights, market analytics, or a related function within the biopharmaceutical industry
Oncology and/or hematology experience preferred
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience using open-source languages (R and/or Python)
Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Demonstrated ability to leverage different data sources (e.g., claims, GPO, sales demand, CRM, syndicated data) to generate actionable business insights that influence commercial strategy
Proven experience developing KPIs, dashboards, automated reporting, or scalable data products that enable data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Collaborative mindset with demonstrated success partnering across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field, Business Operations, Data & Technology, and cross-functional commercial teams
Experience leading analytics initiatives and coordinating cross-functional and/or offshore resources to deliver high-quality, reproducible analytics solutions
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and execution
Alliance, co-promotion, or cross-company collaboration experience is a plus
