4 years of related experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify repairs that are needed and to ensure scheduled production run is met.
Use of forklifts, aerial-lifts, and various rigging equipment in the performance of maintenance activities.
Must have experience with the performance of LOTO out and permit confined space programs related to maintenance activities.
Black Seal Boiler License.
This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols.
Subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
Stays current on all required safety training.
Proficient using the following computer programs: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Orders parts/supplies using computer-based procurement system.
Inventory management of parts/supplies.
Proficient using PLC, robotics troubleshooting and 4 to 20 milliamp control loop systems.
Perform light electrical maintenance on all plant equipment to include 480V/ 240V/ 120V/ 24V powers systems.
Light to heavy fabrication, demonstrating proficient welding (arc/mig/tig); acetylene torch; plasma cutting; grinding cuttings skills.
