3+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience
Experience operating industrial machinery or automated equipment
Knowledge of measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and torque testers
Ability to use basic hand tools and mechanical equipment
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to follow production instructions and technical procedures
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work around machinery for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
