Typically has 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing frontline staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Flexibility to work Sunday–Thursday night shift, with a typical start time of 5 PM, and adjust hours or work overtime based on business needs.
May require working various shifts, including nights and occasionally days, based on business needs.
Some overtime may be required.
Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating material handling equipment as needed.
