A minimum 10 years experience in the trade
This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements.
You must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today's date.
A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs
Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it
Physically able to work on HVAC units.
Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
