5 years' experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce parts to close tolerances (i.e. +/- .001)
Advanced Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 format blueprints including GD&T;
Authorization to work in the U.S.
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
Whippany Actuation Systems will require proof of status before employment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to transport items to other work centers throughout the facility
Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable
Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment
Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
Requires ability to stand for long periods of time
