Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
