Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department approved HHA Training Program or Equivalency.

Sixth (6) grade reading comprehension level.

Writing and math skill level to the extent necessary for the successful and safe performance of required job functions.

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Must Have a car

Be available Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm), as well as some weekends.

Be willing to work on multiple short-hour cases (minimum 3 cases daily)

Be available to service clients in: * Bayside, College Point & Whitestone- OR * Breezy Point, Far Rockaway & Howard Beach- OR * Glen Oaks and surrounding areas

One (1) year of work experience preferred.
