Must have prior experience working in a Paint Spraying booth. Ideally having worked previously with Auto Body shops, or commercial/industrial spray painting applications.
Certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be highly organized and attentive to detail.
Basic to intermediate mathematical skills needed.
Strong verbal communication skills necessary to collaborate and respond to others and questions appropriately.
Able to read and interpret written information.
Must observe safety and security procedures.
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company policies, etc.
Must be a team player, able to collaborate with other departments.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
