At least 1 year of experience in a similar cooking or grilling role.
A strong understanding of Caribbean flavors and techniques, especially jerk.
A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
