Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive technical experience in HRIS administration, HR technology management, or related systems support
Prior experience administering and supporting iCIMS is required.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, data governance, system integrations, and reporting.
Experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage system upgrades, vendor relationships, and cross-functional partnerships.
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, data validation, and reporting.
Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or system-native reporting tools).
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience required.
