Doctor of Medicine (MD) or foreign equivalent
Completion of four years of postgraduate medical training from a U.S.-accredited residency program in the area of practice
Three years of U.S. gastroenterology fellowship training
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Current, unrestricted New York State medical license
Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration
Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
BLS or ACLS certification
Experience using an electronic medical record system and Microsoft Office
