High school diploma or equivalent certification
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related field
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders, scaffolds, and in confined spaces
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
