Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of: * 12+ Years with BS * 10+ Years with MS * 8+ Year with PHD

Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)

Experience with EW and/or Radar and Missile Systems.

Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management.

Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)

Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams

M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience or Ph.D. with 9 years of experience.

Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.

Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering

Active United States security clearance, Top Secret, SCI Eligible

The salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $127,500-$236,500.

9/80- employees work 9 out of 14 days, totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

9 years of experience in systems engineering for radar, RF, or sensor systems

Ability to obtain secret clearance

10%-20% travel

Familiarity with MBSE methods and tools.

Experience with tools such as DOORS, Cameo, MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.

Experience supporting proposals, customer demos, technical roadmaps, and strategic growth initiatives.

Knowledge of RF systems, antennas, EW environments, or advanced sensing concepts.
