Minimum five years of recent work experience in critical infrastructure (rail, transit, or utilities) with proven experience in a management or technology consulting environment
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
Hands-on experience in the planning, configuration, or deployment of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technologies (IBM Maximo/MAS9, ServiceNow, or equivalent platform) within a transit or asset-intensive operations context
Experience in conducting business process re-engineering and drafting governance documents, SOPs, policies, and asset management strategies
Knowledge of asset management best practices and frameworks (such as ISO 55001); active membership in professional societies or an IAM Certificate is preferred
Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel

Minimum eight years of recent experience in relevant advisory consulting roles with increasing responsibilities– sector focus in at least one of transportationand/or ENR and experience with project finance transactions including financialmodeling
Bachelor's degree is required
Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Proven track record of managing complex projects and client engagements, with significant experience presenting to senior business leaders and stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling and financial strategy formulation
Experience in project management, quality assurance, and risk management
Willingness and ability to travel
