To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In process of obtaining B.S. in Engineering or related degree.

Proficient with 2D and 3D CAD software

Exposure to lean manufacturing, six sigma, and 5S practices.

Proficient with data analysis, statistics, and applied mathematics.

Demonstrated ability to understand process & product specifications.

Basic understanding of industrial assembly, fabrication, and machining processes.

Working experience with Autodesk Inventor Professional

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of experience required

Ability to read, interpret, translate engineering drawings and customer specifications to drive compliance.

All candidates must be US Citizens and be able to provide proof for verification of citizenship, as required by the Company's US government contracts.

Manufacturing preferred

CI, mistake proofing experience a plus
