Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience applying US GAAP in complex areas
Prior experience in manufacturing, hardware, or inventory-heavy environments
Demonstrated experience managing external audits and preparing technical accounting documentation
Advanced experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
