Comfortable in working and serving children under five years old
Responsible for the planning and preparation of meals and snacks for 80 - 100 students
Responsible for logging inventory of supplies in kitchen
Responsible for creating monthly menu
Ensures that all state and local health department, licensing, safety and nutritional requirements are met; follows standards of personal hygiene, safety, and sanitation and ensures that other staff in kitchen do the same.
Removes trays and leftovers from classrooms and disposes accordingly.
Keeps kitchen, including appliances, cabinets and all inventory, organized and clean.
