Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a security operations control room required.

Minimum of three or more (3+) years' experience leading security operations, incident response, or SOC teams with demonstrated ability to coach, evaluate, and manage performance.

Working knowledge of access control systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and CCTV/video management systems

Experience developing SOC metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting from inception to distribution.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 software.

Prior Management experience preferred

Advanced proficiency operating multiple security systems and software (CCTV, Burglary Alarm systems, Access Control Hardware/Software, PISMs, etc.)

Knowledge of tactical security operations

Knowledge of the logistics industry; its operations, products, services, policies, and procedures.

Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting Standard Operating Procedures and/or Standards of Work documentation.
