Capable of leading and mentoring field and office personnel daily
Ability to manage and organize large complex projects with many moving parts and changing requirements
Hands-on training with field and office personnel: you will need to go out to the field, or delve into CAD to help train survey technicians for their own professional growth with regard to field and office work
