High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
Ability to work 3rd Shift.
Stand and/or sit for extended periods.
Walk, bend, reach, and use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment.
Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Work safely around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Wear required PPE while working in designated manufacturing areas.
