Bachelor's degree required
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Category Management and Procurement.
Deep subject matter expertise in Marketing categories, including Brand Advertising, Consumer Marketing, and Media investments.
Strong procurement experience supporting manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions across diverse operating models.
Extensive experience managing marketing spend categories within the consumer products, wellness, nutraceutical, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, category management, and procurement best practices.
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy development.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), media and agency contracts, sponsorship agreements, influencer partnerships, licensing agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and KPI-based performance arrangements.
Foundational financial acumen, including P&L; analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
