High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Technical aptitude and hands-on experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, or other related technical work.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and understand manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and maintenance requirements.
Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, maintenance documentation, and technical instructions.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, including the ability to maintain maintenance logs, schedules, checklists, and documentation.
Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs across two facilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while recognizing when additional assistance or specialized expertise is required.
Willingness to learn new equipment, maintenance systems, and technical skills.
Two or more years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, building, equipment, or general maintenance.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting CNC, fabrication, welding, machining, composite, or other production equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs, maintenance tracking systems, or CMMS software.
Relevant technical training or certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, welding, machining, or related fields.
