Minimum 2+ years of HVAC maintenance, HVAC service, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
Knowledge of air handling units (AHUs), heating and cooling systems, and temperature control principles.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and maintenance equipment.
Ability to respond to service calls and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, climb, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
