High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email
Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and the 8D process
Ability to perform inspections using basic measurement and test equipment (e.g., calipers, microscopes, electrical testing tools)
