Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable educating customers in a friendly, nonjudgmental way
Basic cash-handling and point-of-sale (POS) transaction experience with accurate math skills
Willingness and ability to learn product fundamentals (cannabinoids, terpenes, consumption methods) and communicate them clearly
Ability to stand for extended shifts, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 30–40 lbs for stocking
Reliable punctuality and flexibility to work retail schedules (weekends, evenings, holidays as needed)
Detail-oriented approach to inventory tracking, product rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe sales environment
