High school diploma or GED

3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields

Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands-on facilities work

Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection systems, and mechanical & electrical systems

Strict adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Enhanced HVAC and electrical awareness, with demonstrated troubleshooting skills for minor system diagnostics

Prior experience maintaining refrigeration systems and commercial kitchen/pantry equipment

Hands-on proficiency with door hardware, lock repair, and physical security adjustments

Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems and digital facilities management platforms

Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with a comprehensive range of hand and power tools commonly used in building maintenance and handyman work

Experience coordinating site operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and contract scope

Experience supporting landlord relations and management of building access passes
