The Machine Operator I is responsible for performing the essential manufacturing steps of part trimming and drilling
Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings and in precision measurement or become proficient through training
Computer literacy
Capable of using measuring instruments, i.e. micrometer, calipers, comparator, height gauge, etc.
Capable of using hand tools (i.e. screwdriver, wrenches etc.)
Ability to read and write, perform basic arithmetic and follow verbal and written instructions
High School Diploma or Equivalent
