2nd Shift

3PM - 11:30PM (M-F)

Work nights and weekends as needed to complete critical tasks.

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Team members may need to lift and move items, e.g., product packages, display cases, cash registers, or inventory boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The role may also require visual abilities to accurately handle transactions, verify product information, and maintain inventory, as well as manual dexterity for handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems, and organizing products. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand or arm movements with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience working in a GMP manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred.

Experience in the medical marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred.

$39.75 per hour

$114,500-$142,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable)

45 hours per week

Required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another.

Required to place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.

Required operation of equipment such as electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.

Ability to work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).

Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc., and to perform all operational tasks effectively and efficiently to the standard.

Ability to use ALDI-provided technology as required.

May be required to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages.

At least 18 years old required.

Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Full-Time Store Manager Trainees will train at multiple locations and must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

May be required to obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
