Post-secondary diploma or degree in manufacturing, operations, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of manufacturing experience with prior leadership or
supervisory responsibility.
The employee is regularly required to
sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools,
or controls.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with
hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee
must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, and occasionally up to 20
pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
mid-range vision, and the ability to adjust focus to facilitate using
computer.
The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative
protection where required.
