Salary Range: $20-25 /hour depending on experience

Shift work, overtime, and weekend hours required

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process documentation

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces

Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. or more

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion

Comfort working in high-temperature, high-noise environments

Working safely around heavy machinery and moving equipment

Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Shift work, overtime, and weekend hours required

Experience in forging operations (ring rolling, open-die, or closed-die forging)

Familiarity with heat treating processes (quenching, tempering, annealing)

Experience working within AS9100 or other regulated quality systems

Experience with CNC or PLC-controlled equipment

Overhead crane and/or forklift certification
