Knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, automation controls, and capital project management.

Expertise in driving reliability improvements and system uptime.

Experience in paint, chemical, or batch manufacturing operations.

Professional certifications (PE, PMP, CMRP, Six Sigma/Lean).

Experience with CMMS systems, controls platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), and process safety management.

Experience leading major capital projects, or plant transformations.

Experience supporting growth through capacity increases, new product introductions, or technology upgrades.

Experience in paint, chemical, or batch manufacturing operations including process safety management and electrical classification compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field

8+ years in supply chain, production planning, or materials management roles.

Proven experience in ETO/CTO manufacturing environments.

Experience leading global or multi-site process improvement initiatives.

Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar).

Proficiency with process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Familiarity with advanced planning systems and digital transformation initiatives.
