High school diploma or GED is required.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and quick learner with technical processes.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capability to lift and move between 30–50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
Willingness to work the specified shift and participate in mandatory overtime as needed.
Enthusiasm for cross-training and performing multiple roles within the production process.
