Full-time position.

Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience handling payroll processing and benefits administration.

Experience delivering employee training, including hands-on instruction in a production setting.

Working knowledge of federal and Ohio employment laws and wage and hour regulations.

Knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work comfortably on the production floor and engage directly with employees.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.

Pay Rate: $50-55k - Depends on Experience

Full-Time - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.

High School diploma
