Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar field.
Proficient in automation scripting using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Experience in writing SQL queries for database management.
Strong background in IT operations
Familiarity with duty watch, ticketing systems (e.g. SNOW), and task management
Knowledge of system administration in Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiar with network components and protocols
Database management
Experience in incident response methodologies to implement preventive measures.
Experienced with monitoring metrics and platform/system diagnostics
Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Understanding of ITIL Service Management , specifically on Service Level Management, Release, Event, Incident, Problem, Capacity and Performance Management practices.
Ability to assess what impacts operational KPIs and recommend improvement across application and infrastructure layers.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. This includes frameworks and concepts for modern application development (Product Management, Agile/Scrum, DevOps).
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.
