Engineering degree (Mechanical, Optical, Materials Science, or Manufacturing).
7 years of full time work experience minimum, or 5 years experience directly related to the fabrication of optics.
Background in the Aerospace or Defense industry with a focus on low-volume, high value production.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes involving CNC, grinding, and polishing.
Skilled CAD and PLM user
Experienced in writing work orders and procedures for product fabrication and assembly.
