Family Physician needed for coverage at a Walk-In Clinic in North Dakota

Clinical setting: urgent care clinic
Trauma Level: This is a hospital- but this is the Walk in Clinic
Reason for need: Retirement
Start Date: October
Length of assignment: 6 months
Schedule: 14 days on/14 days off and another to work 7 days on/7 days off.
shifts are Mon-Fri 11a-6p and 10-4 on weekends
Shift Details: 8's and weekend is 6 hours but will work with us on 8's if needed.
Patients per day: 25 patients per day
Ages: All ages- Peds, Adults, Geriatrics
Cases: Flu, allergies, sports injuries, emergency cases- sutures and splints, infections/ bronchitis
Procedures: Examinations and have on-site resources which include Lab, x-ray and CT is available off-site.
Certifications: BLS
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Support Staff: Full clinic staff and always have 2 to 3 providers at the clinic
Travel: Full expenses reimbursed- can discuss a lodging stipend if preferred
