A clinical degree, healthcare-related associate degree, or bachelor's degree is required.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and ability to quickly learn database and application management systems.

Candidates with a degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field are preferred

Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or another relevant field may also be considered.

Experience in a hospital, health system, clinical education program, healthcare workforce program, healthcare licensure or credentialing environment, or direct patient care setting is preferred

Related experience in education and training or grants administration may also be considered.

Experience with state and/or federal grant management and reporting is preferred.
