Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related technical discipline
Or 10 years of experience working in engineering, engineering technology, or a related technical discipline
Three or more years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, systems engineering, technical analysis, equipment maintenance, or a closely related field
Experience participating in reliability, maintenance, failure-mode, systems, or RCM analyses
Working knowledge of reliability engineering, maintenance principles, and Classic RCM concepts
Knowledge of the relationships among system functions, functional failures, failure modes, failure effects, failure consequences, and maintenance-task selection
Demonstrated ability to facilitate technical discussions, gather and document technical information, and develop clear analytical products
Experience reviewing and interpreting technical standards, specifications, drawings, technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and engineering data
Strong analytical, technical writing, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard engineering/documentation tools
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, if required for the assigned program
