Quality Assurance Specialist

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Five (5) years of relevant QA work experience. The contractor employee shall have experience in performing various quality assurance functions such as Quality Planning, Inspection and Testing, Auditing, review of Objective Quality Evidence, and Quality Management, and/or services that are essential to the safe operations of United States (U.S.) Submarines and Naval Level I Material Program. They shall also have experience in supporting the development procedures and work instruction for governmental approval in support of departmental Quality Programs.

The contractor shall be proficient in reading and understanding complex electromechanical engineering drawings/blueprints.

$50,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and certifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a qualifying field and meet the required supervision criteria.

Must have at least 2 years of related experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Technician, or experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.

Must have training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment as required by the state or program funder.

Must have a valid driver's license

Must complete all state-required training and certifications within mandated timeframes.

Bachelor's Degree and work under the supervision of a professional who has a master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, or who is a licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Social Worker (master's level or higher) who has a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Minimum Two years of related experience as a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT), or Behavior Health Technician or Experience in applying interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment as required by state or program funder.

Knowledge of specialized populations such as individuals with a developmental disability, brain injury, or mental health; expertise in special disciplines such as behavioral support, early intervention, or crisis intervention.

Required Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.

All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes.

A Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.

$30.00 to $33.00 per hour

3+ years of payroll processing experience.

Required: Hands-on experience processing payroll through Workday.

Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.

Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.
