Manufacturing Associate
Day Shift: $19.50/hour
Night Shift: $21.50/hour
Rotating schedule; every other weekend required
Under general supervision, the Utility Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations
This position assists machine operators, ensures materials and supplies are available, manages inventory, and handles the packaging of finished goods
Ability to read measuring tools (e.g., rulers) and understand fractions and decimals
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Effective verbal communication for team collaboration
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculator use permitted)
