5-7 years of relevant planning experience in NPD, operations, supply chain, or program support roles within the semiconductor industry; experience in RF, MMIC, or advanced analog technologies preferred. Minimum 3-5 years in a dedicated planning role.
Bachelor's degree required; engineering, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
Experience with SAP (ERP) and PLM systems such as Oracle Agile or PTC Windchill.
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability, including scenario-based planning and complex data analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear operational implications.
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent NPD priorities.
Excellent organizational skills with strong judgment, structured problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset toward risk identification.
Flexibility to work effectively across global time zones and collaborate with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia.
