Basic mechanical aptitude.

Ability to learn to read and use calipers, micrometers, measuring tape, and other measuring devices.

Ability to communicate with the setup and/or lead personnel to explain quality issues or concerns.

Reading and interpreting blueprints including GD&T

Loading parts/bar stock into and out of CNC or manual machines
