5+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
Demonstrated experience as a superintendent or in a similar field leadership role on commercial construction projects.
Strong experience in commercial construction, including multi-family, hospitality, manufacturing, and other heavy commercial work.
Procore for daily reporting, documentation, and project coordination (Procore experience is required).
Proven ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scheduling, oversight, and performance management.
Strong understanding of skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, and general construction, and how they interact on a project.
Experience working with general contractors on commercial construction projects.
Ability to develop and maintain 3–4 week look-ahead schedules and align field activities with project milestones.
Strong communication skills with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills for daily reports and project records.
Basic computer skills for email, documentation, scheduling, and project management tools.
Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and a strong safety focus on active job sites.
Ability to push subcontractors to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Capability to work independently as the primary on-site leader and make informed decisions in the field.
Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts, extended days, and occasional Saturdays as required by project needs.
